    Activity: (Active/Semi active/Inactive): As of the moment I am semi - active, only being able, to get on on some nights late, when the server has a low player count. I cannot make most of the meeting due to the fact I have a tight schedule on the weekends

    What do you want to see in state going forward? Why?: Players increasing RP

    Any Suggestions?: As of now, like I stated I think that the state dept does not need anything new, but it could use some change ups.

    Question 1: Do you feel you are being treated fairly and with the correct level of respect within State? Yes or no, and please give your reasoning?: I think I have a fair treatment, since I don't see any particular targeting of respect or disrespect regarding rank.

     

    Question 2: Please list 3 or more recommendations you think would improve the atmosphere of roleplay and seriousness within the Rockford State Trooper department?: In my opinion there isn't a whole lot of roleplay in-game. One day I had to deal with troopers that were not following SOP nor roleplaying in a whole (I was on staff the day this is spoken of). Stop the diss to other people, depts, ETC. Make troopers have a better way to dynamically deploy building or bump down some of the rank caps of certaint restrictions (mainly checkpoints are targeted).

     

    Question 3: Do you have any other issues or things you would like to mention to us? Please feel free to express your honest opinion.: People dissing other troopers because of their work ethic. These people may be aggressive, but I don't think that means diss them to the point saying they should be removed, we should change this attitude or either let them do it. The only reason of that option is because they can take control, and really understand situations.

    Do you have any other experience with staffing?: (If yes, explain): Yes I was a admin on Gaminglight before, but was later removed due to inactivty, because my garry's mod wasn't working. I was to busy to fill out a LOA.

    11. Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum): I believe I deserve my T-mod rank, is because I am on for long periods of time, and the most of that time will be on staff. I will not target people, what I mean by that is if someone is my friend and there in a admin sit, I will still give them there dull punishment. I am on late at night EST, and there can be a lot of minges on because of no admins, once there was no admins, and there were two minges blocking of spawn, and nobody could do and thing. I am friends and now a lot in the community. I am fitted with ULX. I have messed around with it a lot in sandbox games to get used to it for staffing. I will minge/abuse my admin commands once I get them. I promise to not minge or be AFK on duty. I am and will handle situations very maturely. If the staff ratio is messed up I will always volunteer to fix it, if im not on staff already. I will keep my temper during admin sits, and will not show anger to the on receiving, the punishment. I will always respect my fellow admins, and other staff, and even if I was a moderator I still wouldn't  disrespect T-mods. I will not brag about my rule as staff to any other player, and I will not use my high authority to put down other players. I might understand the admin system, and the punishments better than a few other players. I have a great memory that could come into play with names, and other things such as vehicles. I can type fast which means if I am warning someone I can write the reason fast. I spend about 6-9 hours each day on GamingLight servers, and I highly respect, and don’t minge on these servers. When I have school it will be 5-8 hours. I understand how many minges can be on GamingLight and I want to teach them a lesson and make them have better knowledge of RP and the server itself. I have always wanted to help out in this server and becoming a staff member will make me very happy, and as well as other players because i will be a great admin and teach players the ways of getting used to the servers, and the rules themselves. I’m pretty well know with a lot of the community of PoliceRP, most of the people that know me are quite high of authority to the server, and community. I’m good when it comes to following order rules, and commands, this will come great when, or if I begin to staff, If I am told to do something by a higher command from me I will likely listen, unless it is clearly, breaking rules. When it comes to work, I work hard at my job, powering through anything that comes into my way, such as my app, I have spent many hours attempting to show you my skills, and what I can do with them. I have studied and read over handbook multiple times. I promise never to act aggressive to other players in or out of RP. In total I’ve spent 4-6 hours on this APP. I am very experienced, when it comes to GamingLight, and I have been with loving the community for almost 2 years. I am doing this for the server and community, adding my own self to the staff team. I have done plenty of research regarding of being a good admin. I am very friendly, and I am always the one to interfere and try to help, with the situation. When I am talking to someone, I will never get angry at them. If, I get T-mod, I will not be a bad admin, and not make the server look bad. How would you handle someone that is epic Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: I would ask them to stop swearing, politely, if they do not stop, I would gag them, and then check PLOGS, to in fact confirmed that he was Mass RDMing, if I couldn't I would bring the original caller(s) and ask for video of a screenshot of evidence, if still not, I will attempt to ungag the accused RDMer and try to get there side of the story, if they continue swearing, I would gag them again. But in the likely situation the PLOGS would tell me if he was killing people for no intent at all, I would then warn him for Disrespecting staff, and mass RDM. After then I would get a MOD+ to then  minge him for 10,600. If no mod+ I would try to get one on, and get the RDMers SteamID. (Its 10,600 because including the disrespect)

    I use Geforce ShadowPlay, with a press of a button you can start to record.  It might be better then OBS since you can record with a press of a button, if you are mostly going to use it for evidence in sits.

    Vizz is leaving the server or taking a break and wont be on

    I took a break like, you got tired of the server, and left for approximately 3 months. But I came back in return of everything I was apart of  I was no longer in. I came back with the old map and I wasn't very pleased. I love the map, but that ARU was back. I was not happy with that. My point is is maybe when or if you come back, it will be like a whole new game, I am very sad for your leaving of the server, but I hope you come back. what I said above I hope it will inspire you to come back.

    I don't really know you either, so it is hard to give you a final stand point of being staff

    overall I don't think you fit the profile or staff for the GL community, but you have been with the community a decent amount of time.

    I suggest you get more people to know you and be nice to them, and I suggest you to stop breaking minor rules, and not break out of character in a middle of an RP situation. Good luck in your staff application though.
