    you Saw he had a gun, the pulled you awl. You have enough experience in this server to know you cannot do that, this is shown trough your playtime. Your not new to the server, it is common sense not to pull a gun when someone else has a gun on you. Even if you didn’t shoot. Your still starting combat by pulling the gun out.

    Why would you want to join our Support team (Word Count 150+)?

    The support team is the first line of defense when someone comes to a new member joining the community and if someone was to have a question, comment or concern during their time here. New members should be greeted in such a way as to show the welcoming and family atmosphere here at Gamingling which is the exact reason I wish to join the Gaminglight support staff. I want to be able to welcome new members into Gaminglight and assist current members with questions and concerns that they may have throughout their time here in the community. I feel I am an approachable and mature member of the staff team that is ready to take on additional responsibility within the community and to help take the load when it comes to welcoming the new members into the community with a warm smile and attitude and to assist in any area that I may be needed in the community as a whole outside of PoliceRP.

    How do you think you could affect support staff in a positive way? My welcoming and mature attitude will ensure that members and new members alike are taken care of and their questions and needs are taken care of with a smile and at a efficient pace.

    Sorry Josh, but this really does not make me very confident you will be staying with us very long, plus it seems like you are switching servers without actually playing on the one you're switching to.. I apologize if I haven't noticed you in game much (I'll retract that if you'd like), but I don't feel like you are ready to rejoin the staff team yet (especially after reading your last resignation).

     maddog actually wanted to  to let you guys get the money and get the hostage out safely but other tac unit heads wanted    to move in he got an order to   release  the hostage   

    plus i am pretty damn sure  this was  handled in game  

    other thing i want to let you know there was no guns on the hostage the guy with the awp was aiming at the dogs  soo    that being said he had every right to unrestrained him

    I issued you a formal warning of FailRP due to you jumping off of the cliff while you were handcuffed. I also don't see why you would roleplay a situation where you would jump off anyway.
