How long have you been in your current rank?: I have been at my current rank for about 1 hour now. But i have been in DT for 4 days.

 

What experiences in leadership do you have?: I was once a 501st Sergeant within Gaming light then i got promoted to 1SGT then i left 501st and the server for a bit then i came back and joined DT.

 

Why do you want to be a non-commissioned officer?(100+ Word minimum) I would like to be an Non Commissioned Officer because I would like to be able to host tryout for Death Troopers and try to get more people into the Regiment. I also want to become a Non Commissioned Officer Because I would like to make sure that everyone under the Rank of Corporal is behaving and always doing the right thing. I would also like to help people when they are confused about things or if they have any questions about Death troopers I would be there to answer all of their queries. I also want to make sure that if anybody an Death Troopers are not following the rules are dealt with.

 

What makes you stand out amongst the others?(110+Word minimum) 

The thing thing that makes me stand out is that I have been a Non Commissioned Officer before in the 501st and this means that I have had previous experience with being this role. This means that I might not need the training that other people need as i have hosted tryouts before and I have a basic understanding of what to do when i host a Tryout. Some people might not be confident at being an Non Commissioned Officer which means that it might take a bit of time for them to get a good understanding of how to host a Tryout. I know that some people might not be disciplined when hosting because they are new and they want to get more people into the regiment. But if I see someone who I or someone else thinks is deemed unsuitable for Death Troopers then i am not afraid to Dismiss and kill them.

 

Do you understand that if you fail to meet the expectations of an NCO you can be removed from your position?

you seem really nice but with some of the things you’ve said it doesn’t seem like you are ready, for example you said that because you were a 1SGT in 501st you would know what to do for DT which isn’t true obviously they are both NCOs but two completely different battalions and you would have to learn completely different stuff. As well as you used that as your experience however depending on how long ago that was a lot could’ve changed and you just need more time in DT in general only having 4 days. Not to mention we have tons of NCOs right now that you could use this time to learn before you get the rank of NCO

As SN03 stated, you seem like a nice guy, but I agree with SN03. You should gain some more experience first. Create some friends and bond with DT a little more before moving on. In your application you state that you would also use the opportunity to assist the Enlisted in DT. You don't have to be NCO+ to assist the enlisted, when I was an enlisted DT I assisted other enlisted all the time, because as it states in the DT sop; "DT is a unit, you need to learn to work together."
