If so, explain. There were a few issues with it when it was available, so i'll start with solutions to the disadvantages. Combat cuffing There are already rules that clearly outline sarkic as being the only ones able to combat cuff. I believe the rules regarding combat cuffing weren't in place when mobster had cuffs so it remained a gray area. Required lvl to play mobster is 100, so if they dont know the rules at that point then warn them, for egregious instances a blacklist from mobster. D-class and Foundation refusing to negotiate Add an incentive similar to escaping foundation or partaking in tests. To anyone thinking a lvl 100 has no need for xp, your salary gets increased for every lvl above 100. Another idea is rp points. Idk if people really care about that but its an idea. Additionally, the 2 parties actually doing the negotiating would be eligible to receive xp, any additional people could be given xp at the staff members discretion. Taking hostages to lower dblock Just make a rule saying we can't take hostages to lower dblock. Not sure if lower dblock being exclusively dclass' spawn now helps the case, but who knows.
