Why do you believe you should become a Maintenance Command member (100+ words)? Starting off, i have good reputation with good part of maintence (Proedfly is getting DoL and Elevate is getting HOME someday trust me), have been recently accepted into HLPR Bot and have been very helpful to foundation forces ( NU7, GENSEC, D5 ,E11) by fixing doors lights / preventing scps breachs like 096 610 and giving them Armor when needed and helping out new people to maintence like JM and more people that have questions and come up to me to ask about them . I may not be the best FTO and the biggest saint, but everyone has their high's and lows. [The following questions are intended to test your response and ability as command. You must answer 2 (two) of the questions, though you may answer all 3 if you wish.] 8-1. A Utility Trainee has escaped the training room and is refusing to return, how would you handle this? If they keep on refusing i would either call a staff or /demote them 8-2 If they allow it, its fine, but at the point it gets to RDM'ing without eachother's permission, its time to stop. If they keep on doing so and they are not ok with it i would give them a verbal warning, and if it continues, i call a staff member and warn him for RDM. 8-3. A Junior Maintenance is breaking multiple SOP rules such as improperly using tools and disregarding DEFCON rules, what are your next step?
