Don't think there's any rule that you have to wait nlr after switching a job, as long as you don't use prior information that was not called out. Also he went to debrief cp, which like its name, is right next to debrief where mtf spawns, so it makes sense he would use that cp

The thing is this also falls under the same thing as coincidental. Almost a majority of MTF exit MTF debrief CP, Shoot even I do. Another thing is I've never seen that rule be used since site 10 and that was a looong time ago. He didn't die in combat nor did he use the same info he did in his last life. Like I said, the falls under the same situation as a coincidence. You could argue that the video you sent shows you waiting for him rather than leaving the facility. Could be failrp or even player targeting since you waited for him to show up for you to kill him

It does show the 1 minute gap but thats about it, would count as power gaming unless he also used the previous life information to kill you and it wasn't called out, logs don't show that interaction though so still only powergaming

Since there's nothing about him dying on the RRH job (in the clip or screenshots), he doesn't have to wait NLR. Using the other CP would've just wasted him time since the debrief CP is located next to MTF bunks.

You can change jobs wherever you like, and besides this, its not like he would've lost the fight if he hadn't changed jobs

I am sorry but I am giving this a -support on the fact that when he changed job he was still alive meaning there is no NLR and on that fact he did not break a rule for NLR as NLR only counts when you have been killed (to the best of my knowledge)

big -support all mtf go through Debrief CP no matter what unless ci called out. and third if he really wanted to kill a dclass cc he would have gone on a job that has a speed to capture and kill fast.

He changed jobs outside of spawn and after being engaged in combat, which makes it powergame. As a general rule, you must wait your NLR if you switch jobs outside of your spawn. If you don't want to wait NLR, head back to your spawn and change from there (assuming you're not engaged in combat of course).
