Almost a majority of MTF exit MTF debrief CP, Shoot even I do. Another thing is I've never seen that rule be used since site 10 and that was a looong time ago. He didn't die in combat nor did he use the same info he did in his last life. Like I said, the falls under the same situation as a coincidence. You could argue that the video you sent shows you waiting for him rather than leaving the facility. As a general rule, you must wait your NLR if you switch jobs outside of your spawn.
