JOHNNY'S (BILLYBOB) GLOBAL RESIGNATION

All right... I'm done.

 

Let me formally introduce everyone to who I am. My name is Johnny, (So don't call me Billy anymore please), I'm a Corporal in the United States Marines. I create content on YouTube, Tik Tok, and Twitch… I joined SCP-RP back on December 21’ when I joined I became rather enthralled with the idea of being able to RP again and being able to create a story for others to participate in. For the first month and a half whenever I played I didn’t break my hillbilly persona. I always adored creating stories and performing. As I used to be a professional performer before I enlisted. 

I'd spend most of my days working from 0600 - 1700, once I got home I then started planning all my idea's for the server. I'd spend A LOT of time here, more time than I spend with my Fiance, or dogs (which is an asshole move on my end. I know) BUT I wanted to try to make the Research branch better. Nonetheless... poor, unruly, leadership that has no better reasoning than "Well this is my branch" "That's not how we used to do it" or "You have just to trust", none of those statements giving me confidence as a SENIOR COMMAND MEMBER to have any trust has taken me to a point of uncaring that I have to separate literal cancer from the source. 

Not only did I revive a dead sub-branch 6 months ago... *COUGH* *COUGH* RFA... I revamped the whole concept of how it functioned. I implemented the groundwork for the Foundation Agencies and started the creation of it! NOT ONCE did any recognition get given to me for my hard work and dedication. A simple artificial award or any kind of acknowledgment would have been appreciated. 

 As well as the work I put in as an Event Team member, creating two 10 pt events that the multiple branches got to participate in, and creating announcement videos to increase the depth that the server would get to be immersed with their RP instead of running around doing the same shit on repeat.

I’ve seen that no matter how much heart, effort, or dedication I put into this server/community. It won’t help. So with that… Goodbye SCP-RP.

Now some good ole’ advice:

Moonrose: Start trusting your command, they won’t trust you unless you put some faith into them and actually show you care. Be conscientious of the tone you use as it sounds like a belittling teacher. The way you currently run the branch is heading on a downhill spiral… no matter how many branch updates you release, or how many times testing restrictions get lowered. 

 

Nyde: Honestly, you’re a solid individual. Reasonable, know when to play and when to be serious. Keep doing everything you’re doing exactly and you’ll be just fine.  

Smitty: Homie I love you to bits, but since you became DHOR you became an ass. Respect doesn’t come from trying to intimidate. (trust me I know from military experience). It comes from being a reasonable person, and showing affection. 

 

Tyler: You sir, keep doing great things… You've also been cheated from a lot of things. Remember to always fight for what you deserve and if they don't see your worth, make them. You’ve been a dear friend since the beginning of my time on this server and I look forward to keeping it now that my time has come to a close. I’ll be cheering on from the sidelines.

Domz: Aight, Yer cool. Even tho you’re Lithuanian. Take you’re time and pay attention in the meetings though. There is some good information there. 

Piller: Absolute Legendary lad, through and through. 

Cecil: We created some bomb events together and I’m glad you got to shine in the light of it since I know you’ll take what we’ve done together and move forward with it.

Hex: This dude… This dooood. Whadda doood. 

(If I missed you, there are legit soooo many of you that have made an impact to me personally and I care deeply for ya)

It was a pleasure to have you around for the Second time and creating one of the best RP Sections of the server ever. You were the heart and mind of the Foundation Agencies, RFA, Research, & RP in the server in general and i cannot stress enough that you Overworked your ass off for this. You really kicked up something that people are excited to work with and have the capacity to flag up for these awesome operations you kick up. You have done more work than i have ever combined 10x over in my position as COL in delta-5 & while also being a Director of Cryptography and Head Raptor Operative.  I feel like you should of been DHOR already if you didnt resign the first time. I hope to see you again and if not then i wish you luck on your endevors. I'll make sure to continue your legacy on CTF's side. You will be very much missed and youll will be known as the Director Of Foundation Agencies in my own eyes.

This dood made some pretty fire RFA Operations. Someone extremely driven and motivated in their branch. I think you really tried hard to work with the hand you were dealt. I know your creativity and passion will shine in whatever parts of life you invest it in.

1. Sorry to see you go, you truly did create a legendary community with the RFA and were my closest friend on GL.
2. Sorry I dont watch your livestreams or talk to you often... im in a different time zone and like yourself, have a life outside GL.
3. If I have "seemed intimidating" its because becoming HCMD means running a branch... its a lot of work and requires me to shut down and up lift certain things but trust me its not for respect... this is a video game. However like part 1. I wll also add on, you did need more respect for the work you did behind the scenes, granted It was part of my job to manage it, but it was good work.

Billybob, i remember when you were just a little ole senior researcher all those months back, i remember when you applied for RAS, i remember the research among us PT I remember when you became foundation doctor, i remember you applying and becoming ET so long ago, you were a great member of research and it is quite a shame research has lost you.
