Why do you believe you should become a Medical Command member (100+ words)? I believe with becoming a part of the medical command I could benefit the activity within the Medical Branch by hosting a few more give aways and more incentives to stay on the medical job. Some of the ways I could improve activity within Medical would be hosting more give aways, PTs, giving away in game money to whoever does the most logs for that week or day, and lastly with permission from command maybe allow whoever does the best in activity that week gets access to more guns from armory. One of the main issues with the medical branch i believe is that people think that we aren't exactly the most important job on the server and there really isn't a reason to become a member of medical. Take Maintenance for example they are able to collect trash for money but we as medical have no means of really making money, we also don't play a role entirely when it comes to SCPs like they do since they repair the doors preventing, they're escape. The point of telling you all this isn't to point out all the issues in Medical but to help try and fix them and get Medical on the right track. I truly think that if we fix the issues at hand within medical that our numbers will skyrocket in a short amount of time. 8-1. You have found a Resident Medic in HCZ, what do you do? I would Kindly ask them for the reason they are down there, if it's a legit reason than I let them carry on but if not i will escort them out explaining its dangerous in there, and they need permission. 8-2. There is a Medic requesting to be trained for Field Work, how would you train them?
