Your Operations Advisor Overseer, has informed you there is a group of insurgents collecting foundation data at a field operating base on the surface. They are armed and well secured. How would you approach it? (100+ words):

Set up in a nearby bush with some ventilators, a battery, and a sample of SCP-008. If they possess gas masks i would try to find a way to get into a backdoor of the encampment or find an unlocked door to get in, from there i would re-route the foundation data using an already prepared stick right back into the foundation the second it comes onto their computer it would simply be returned. Once all the data has been secured we can blow the encampment sky high! 

Afterwards, we check for any missing data that was not brought over and replace the files where possible.

 

There is a strange SCP that calls himself the “targeter”. When the name of another individual is said within earshot of the “targeter” the “targeter” will teleport to the individual that has had their name said, and run off. How would you suggest the foundation approach apprehension and / or termination of this individual? (100+ Words):

Have a containment area filled with D-Class that have similar names then have a speaker cycle through their names 24/7. If a D-Class is needed for a test their nape is simply taken out of the cycle for the duration of their time testing, if the D-Class perishes another one simply replaces their spot in the containment area.

This should last until the event of a mass containment breach since the entity is not described to do any harm at all.

as for the case of a termination: from the short description it seems like the targeter does not have any defensive capabilities so you could simply have a D-Class say their own name over and over and over to make it stay in place, then have a firing squad shoot it.

 

An abandoned camp site has been discovered on the surface, hidden incredibly well within the brush. There are documents, newspaper scraps, as well as an old laptop with unknown data being transferred to a suspicious I.P. address. How do you react?

Have a team of at least 3 people in full level-3 hazmat suits and light kevlar armor search through the camp for any human or anomalous danger. Once the camp has been cleared re-route the data transfer to a foundation database and then try to locate the suspicious IP address. 

If the IP address can be tracked: see if the location belongs to any known GOI and raid if possible. After the hopefully successful raid find out what kind of data it is and how much of it has been transferred to this location.

If the IP address cannot be tracked, work with the data you have to determine of what nature the data is and if it is valuable to the foundation. In the case of it being valuable data, try to find indicators on who it may belong to, for example: one of the files might be the logo of Anderson robotics or the Chaos insurgency.
