Test Idea/Execution:  25/25

Good Test Idea that actually uses logic and the procedures you did to do the test were great. 

Writing/Grammar: 22/25

Lots of details and a lengthy document. I only saw a few grammars mistakes.

Format: 19/25

The colors don't make much sense, but the length and pictures kind of add up for it.

Lore: 22/25

For the most part the 008 facts go with lore, but it wouldn't be a level 4 document.

It would be a Level 4 document since it has background info that was taken from the wiki page on pages 2 & 3. As per the wiki page, information about SCP-008 is Clearance Level 4 and research into SCP-008 is highly classified.
