In-Game Name: Cold/CO2
SteamID: STEAM_0:1:159022778
Rank: SPC (Specialist)
How Long Have You Been Your Current Rank?: Around 2 Hours
What Experiances Do You Have In Leader Ship?:
I am currently a Shock CPT and I was a DT 2LT around 2 - 3 months ago.
Why Do You Want To Be A Non-Commissioned Officer?:
One of the main reasons why I want to become an NCO in DT is so I can help out the battalion a little bit more. I will try my best to host 2 - 3 tryouts everyday, I also want to climb the ranks again so I can start off from where I was as a DT 2LT. Being an Enlisted is fun but being an NCO is a lot more fun as you can have more opportunities to do certain things that an Enlisted can't. For example you can host tryouts to make sure the battalion is active and help make the roster full, you also get a better opportunity at proving your leadership and knowledge of DT so you can climb the ranks. I think the Death Trooper regiment needs a good NCO team to become a stronger, bigger and overall better battalion so we can exceed its original expectations.

What Makes You Stand Out Amongst The Others?:
My past experience and time in this battalion makes me understand most of the knowledge of what it means to be a proper and professional Death Trooper NCO. As stated above I was a former 2LT and to achieve that rank in DT you must have great knowledge and leadership as a Death Trooper. I will try to make this battalion strive in both numbers and knowledge to make sure it is in top shape and ready for any situation that comes towards it. I will be both active and go above and beyond for quota almost every week. I will make sure the Enlisted are very knowledgeable so that they can one day prove that they are eligible to be a leader and help the battalion as an NCO. Since I was an NCO in the past I know what I am doing and will make sure I do not fail the Death Trooper battalion.

Do you understand that if you fail to meet the expectations of an NCO you can be removed from your position?:
Yes, I Fully Understand.

I feel like this application could've been a bit more of how you stand out, but the experiences are great and showing that you have dedication to over exceed quota. And also to better the NCO Core.

Overall your application was okay, you could have maybe put a little more down on the application. However, what you have stated is sort after in my own opinion. I agree on your final point on your first section, I too believe with great NCO's comes a great Regiment. Obviously you have prior experience, every experience I have had with you in has been a pleasure.
