What do you believe should happen to the player: Warn

Any extra information: I was also being toxic to an extent, but not spamming directed insults in chat. I mentioned his friend, jit, was more difficult to kill that night because he was. It wasn't anything to the harsh extent that Thin pushed it to. My messages were more like "sit down", "bad", or "bye" after I killed one of them. The banter in the OOC chat got too heated and along with Thin's mic spam, toxicity after killing me, and blatant NLR breaking, I got fed up, so now I'm here since he logged off and the admin who took the sit said the chat spam didn't "seem like toxicity" somehow, and gave him a verbal for breaking NLR twice. I think this was too light of a punishment.

already got a verbal for the nlr, didnt play for a while and was only off by a little
already got a verbal for micspam, you also never asked me to stop
tbagging isnt toxicity
used props outside of rp and outside of combat so i dont see an issue
you were also very toxic

even the admin who took the sit can say you were toxic towards me too and were pushing as hard as you could for anything to come of it.

dawg you and the other warden were being just as toxic as us, so it was kinda justifiable

we were being nowhere near as toxic as you at all, and the extent he went was too far in my opinion
also just because someone does something back to you doesn't make what you did first justifiable, you guys started the whole thing with unnecessary chat messages and it escalated from there.

by your logic here if someone revenge RDMs someone else it'd be "kinda justifiable", since both toxicity and rdm are treated roughly similarly according to the staff handbook

i don't recall ever being even close to as toxic as thin was, and i'd like to see proof backing up this claim, something like spamming "L ur dogshit kid" in chat directed towards me

To preface, I was the member of staff who handled this sit.

RNJesus and Thin were taunting and bickering in OOC for roughly two hours prior to the sit being made, with this context I did not see fit to formally warn either of them for player disrespect or toxicity as I felt RNJesus had an equal hand in how this event unfolded. I issued both players verbals to simmer down in OOC, a verbal for the NLR break as in the worst case (27 seconds) Thin did not engage in combat for 3 minutes after entering upper D-Block.

Throughout the duration of the 20 minute sit, you were extremely eager to see Thin warned, even going as far to state "I am A-OK with being warned if he gets warned too". To quote the rulebook "Retaliating against a player that is engaging in toxic behavior does not excuse your own behavior" and in a case like this I would much rather players settle their differences than issue formal warns to both.

I will say that what he was doing with the 'micspam' is ok but with how loud he was you could have /pm him to ask him to turn it down as it is loud and the t-bag thing is not being toxic also I did not see him propminging and one more thing some players forget themselves with NLR and either turn back and wait it out (like I have) or they get pulled in a sit to be told

If you were also saying shit back, that's an invitation to play. Of course they will continue to talk shit with you.

Also it's just taunts. Regular gamer stuff.
