How many warnings do you have on all GL servers? 9, i got the last 2 by accident, i got the RDM warning By accident cause i played around with the player models files so the class ds looked diffrent and it was very late and i was tired AF so i didn't think so much about what i did, 

i got the other one also by accident, a dude told me im not supposed to close doors behind me when im cuffed and i did not know that so he reported me and got me warned.

Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) I believe I deserve the rank of trial mod because I can be very active, i would also like to make this server a better place and stop rule breakers who destroy the experience for other people, 1 more reason is that i put a lot of time and effort into helping new players and i tell them what to do and not to do so they dont get warns and bans for not knowing that they did something wrong. since I joined, I have always been inspired to join staff but never had any chance since my attitude and me minging was not so good back in the days. I want to make this sever less toxic between branch's and just most overall stop people from doing dumb things. I feel that as a staff member I'd be able to help the community more. I noticed during off-hours not many admins are on that can handle or take the sits and by the time someone else  flags on that is a  staff member the person may have already closed the sit, since i can usally be on during off hours i can try to take those sits so people dont need to wait so long for staff to come help them.  I also want the experience of staffing on a gmod server and help the server to of course. 
Scenario questions:
Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: Well i would first explain  why the person where brought into the Sit. if they would start to just curse and say bad things to me i would procced to gag them. next i would give them a second or third  chance to speak in the chat and explain themselves why they did it.   if they would continue to curse at me i would Finally mute them. I would then procced to give them a formal warning for MRDM X1 and staff diss, and call an Admin+ to issue the ban. and if they (LTAP) i would ask an senior admin to make the ban longer due to the person LTAPING

Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation?: if i where in this situation I would  gag every player that is in the sit . And then i would procced to talk to each of them privatly to hear their side of the story. And then after some thinking i would decide  who deserves to get punished. (depends kinda much on the severity of the situation) i would then decide who out of the 5 people or more that gets punished Depending on the severity of the situation Then i would FINALLY ask an Admin to issue a ban (On Behalf From Pablo) or (On Behalf on Pablo)

most of them are actually from when i had like 2-4 not all but some of them and i didn't read all of the rules when i had just started playing recently.
