(150 Word Minimum) I deserve trial mod because I've been playing for a while off and on since late December 2018 with no warns so that shows that I have experience following the server MOTD. I also want to make the server more positive and remove the bad apples from other peoples experiences and help newcomers also come to love the server as well. I also feel that I've been grinding a while and being active as currently. I have 289 hours on GMOD in the past 2 weeks with 98% of that time on the server (other 2% in menus). I can also put in 3 to 4 hours later in the day during school days to help take any sits during peak hours and I can help take late night sits at 3-4am and early morning sits at 7-8am sits during weekends. I really do love the server and want to make it a better place. Scenario Questions: Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? First I would try to get them to calm down and if that fails I would gag them then ask the player who reported the person and ask for their side of the story then I would ungag the person and ask if they could give their side. If that fails I would gag them again and check logs to be sure they MRDMed. Then I would warn them for MRDM, then grab their steam id with rp_lookup and ask an admin to ban them for 5 days. Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? First I would call in another staff to help calm them down and if we cant calm them the I would gag them and selectively ungag them to get their side then I would go out of talking/chatting range to deliberate with the fellow staff member about each side/story and come to a decision with them and call the necessary staff members that can issue the punishment unless the fellow member has the perms to issue the punishment needed.
