What are you suggesting? - move the staff room up compared to the rest of the map.

How would this change better the server? - Staff/ET members when they miss the "!slay @" they don't kill some poor guy across the map.

Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - no.

Who would this change mostly benefit? - everyone (mostly staff)

You act as if the staff room is a prop that like any SMT can move.

It isn't. It's a part of the map and would need to be updated as such. 

A map update for such a small change would never happen.

The staff rooms aren't props, SMT would have to literally edit the map, which is pointless because they're already building a new one. Honestly, I think I've only ever seen the whole crossfire with @ happen a handful of times. Just either make sure you're facing the target, or type in their name. Either of these options is significantly easier than editing a map.

Maybe on the next map, but this won't be an option on this map without a map edit
