(150 Word Minimum) I dont know if i should even receive the senior admin rank at all i'm just trying it if i can get it today i have the weirdest thoughts about if i should apply for senior admin and just went through and ofcourse i ask bop stray and he gave me perms to apply so now i'm just well applying like the rest of the admins who try to get senior admin and i hope everyone who apply get senior admin or no but yeah i think i should receive the rank of senior admin because i have been dedicated to improve on the 4 actual branches that i play and do on SCP-RP which are being MAJ on E-11, MAJ on gensec,Admin and Event team and of course tons of experience on taking on how to be staff give them recommendation on how to take or proceed with the sits and after explaining how and closing the sit i will give them more tips and explain to the futures sits after that as i shadow the trial moderator i have the duty to write a report on how he did it and everything, i do play on police RP too if you ask and yah im active daily on the forums to see if people have doubts on something and ofcourse help them and help them on game. I would bring both of the players the player who made the sit and the player who is getting report, after that i will request the player who made the report to see if he have any video proof of the player who is doing the MRDM i will check logs on how many RDM he have done after getting the exact data of everything i will speak to the player who's committing the such act and he start cursing me i will have to gag him and speak to him while he is gag and proceed to explain the punishment that he is going to receive and the ban time that he is going to serve. Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? First at all defuse the situation by calming everyone if and listen to every one facts and of the matter and if they don't comply about the silence order i will have to gag them and will continue reading the history and fact but if they keep the toxic including on chat i have to give a verbal warning if they keep the toxicity up and hope they will be calm by that. Q3: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving? If the player is doing everything after clearly showing no intention to RP i will have to give him a formal warn for NITRP, then if he is doing it again the same thing but with another thing like MRDM and mass player diss he will be getting warn for MRDM| Mass player diss|NITRO|NCWS and give him a ban time so he can serve the punishment. Q4: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this? If i im getting report of the player doing such thing i will have to ask for the player for video proof after getting the video proof then i will proceed to spectate the player or watching the player to do such thing, once i saw that everything is true i will bring the player to the staff sit and i will talk to the player and warn him to stop doing that, after that i will watch the player again if he is doing the samething and if he keep doing it i will have to give him a warm for Fail RP|Expliot|lying to staff for doing it and give the player jail time.
