(150 Word Minimum) I believe I should be this rank due to the fact that I have a lot of great assets like Communication, Experience, Teamwork and more. I have also have a lot of time under my belt on Police RP playing since August 2019 and only having a brief break of a month or 2 last year this means and during this time I have dealt with a lot of situations within the community with my RP Ranks which have given me the knowledge of how to deal with certain people at different times, this means I will be able to deal with most situations you have to take as a staff member and not falter. My time on the server also means I know the rules pretty well meaning I will be able to enforce them right. I also know a number of Active staff members well which means I will be able to get on with them well making sure that we will be efficient. It also means I will be willing to take advice from them and cause no problems and also the other way about that I will be willing to help if needed. I am also good at taking abuse and not letting it affect me or my judgment meaning that I will not give excessive punishment. Like I said in question 4 I have been staff before which means I know how to conduct myself as a staff member. Overall I think I deserve this position as I have a lot of experience and will work well with everyone and do not have any hatred towards anyone in the community meaning my judgment will not be biased. 14. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? Firstly I would ask them to stop swearing if they fail to do so I would have them muted, I would then check the logs to make sure that they Mass RDMed then call a high enough staff member over to hand them there punishment of a 5 day ban and Myself or the other staff member would also give them a formal warning.
