That I would have my retired ranks restored to where they were if I was DoTF/DoC i.e. VCMDR. 2. That the "05"/ "Site Management"/"Ethics Committee" Will 'investigate' if necessary or requested, demotions of Command members. 3. To add a maximum amount of time, a demoted Command member can request an 'Investigation' of 1-2 weeks. 4. To limit how many times a command member would be able to request an 'Investigation' for themselves to 3 times max. How would this change better the server? - It would hedge against unfair demotion practices. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain.- Possibly, annoying for the Site Management Who would this change mostly benefit? - Anyone who has or will be, demoted for unfair reasons. Edit: To add some context to this suggestion. The server in years past had major issues with demotions that were hardly justifiable. Although that age has passed, it still could and possibly will happen again. This suggestion will aid in fighting against that, and make it easier and more personalized for people to report misdeeds. Also, I don't know what you mean about VCMDR reserves, but I do see that you have Nu-7 1LT reserves, so if you want to reinstate, then shoot me a DM and we can talk. The "Investigation" part could be considered a little ambiguous, but I think it's reasonable with a limit. It's obvious if low ranks in branches get demoted sometimes, but a higher rank needs a pretty good reason for that. HCMD have reached HCMD for a reason; they are *extremely* trusted members of the community. They obviously have good reasons to remove someone if they do so. If not, SA would say something as SA pay attention to that stuff already, so I find your suggestion unnecessary and redundant.
