2. Regarding the closing of the sit, it sounds like this was handled and was at the 10 minute mark. At some point, the staff member has to determine when to close the sit, regardless on if someone is still arguing. Heck, the MOTD even says the verdict is final and a verdict was made.

3. This report is made for "Staff Bias | Staff mismanagement", yet nothing is shown in favor of those points. I see no mismanagement and definitely no bias. Any staff member should have come to the exact same conclusion as Tank. Buck, you've been part of this server for long enough to know that D-Class get terminated if non-MTF/non-GenSec try to take them without an escort.

If what piller say is true about the sit was handle at the 10mins mark that will be because there was no other staff who willing to take the sit so yeah he can take the sit staff>RP but the other thing on the side IDK if tank talk to the other admin for them to take the sit because of bias and yeah which if the rest of the admin didnt reply that will probably mean that they dont want to take that sit so he had to take it Conclusion.

To some of the people above, we are here to look at whether the conduct of the sit and staff were proper NOT the reasons of the sit. That matter was considered closed earlier today. Any arguments regarding that should have been made there not here. Though I do have issues with that whole situation but that is for another time.

I do believe the decision was handed down in a proper manner persuant to the rules. We are not given a lot of context on how the entire sit went down other than extremely brief snippets that can mean literally anything. It cannot be answered whether a decision was already handed, how long it has been, what arguments were already made, etc. off of just these alone.

HOWEVER... there is some understanding regarding looks and the perception on if the sit would be handled "fairly". Ask yourself: If you walked in the door and this was is what you saw in front of you, how would it look? Not very good because it appears to be a heavy lean on one side. I feel much of this would have been avoided with a different staff member. If that was not possible, people forget we have Player Reports for this exact situation. There was an apparent no problem of it being used as it was utilized properly as seen above, albeit for a different reason. It doesn't take much to lead them in that direction if it's unavoidable and teach them if they are unaware.

I will state the handling was not the greatest and the abrupt ending caused more enflamed emotions. Please avoid that in the future sir. Otherwise, I do not see more than a very light talk just to review and improve for the future.

I agree tbh. If there's more evidence that shows further bias or anything like that I can switch to +support.
