ziomekxdx Posted May 26, 2022 Share Posted May 26, 2022 [In-Game Name] Funcle [Call-sign] PL3 [Rank] Command Sergeant Major [Which lore squad member are you applying for] C37 [Why do you believe you deserve this position] I feel like I deserve the position because not only have I proven myself capable during the C37 certification process but I have also been a officer in a mainly CQC and breaching focused regiment on different server. I find close quarter combat really enjoyable. Shotguns are my favourite weapon types soo the DP-23 would be a perfect fit for me. Breaching is also something that I am knowlegable in as I have performed breaching tactics many times before. I also belive that during multiple SIMS, training and similiar execrises I have proven to be quite capable in combat. I think that this shows that I am capable in the combat side of becoming C37. If I were to become C37 and a part of TI-23 I would strive to be the best as I can be, after all TI-23 is only the best of the best. I am also quite active in DT. It is the only life I have on the server soo all my attention goes towards it. I think my reputation inside of DT and outside of it is quite good soo I think that my fellow DT members and TI-23 members would not have any issues if I were to becine C37. [Why do you want to be a part of Unit TI-23] I find the thought of being part of a exclusive squad very appealing as it lets me bond with fellow squad members more easily and get coordinated well with eachother. It would also be a great learning experience for me. It would also let me show my dedication to DT. I would really like to become C37 as it would also let me improve greatly on my PVP and close quarter combat skills. It would also let me, when I get to the appropriate rank, use gained knowlege fom being C37 to arrange better CQC SIMS for other DT members and help them become the best they can. [What does Unit TI-23 do] Unit TI-23, also called "The Undying", is a squad based unit consisting of 5 memebers and an overseer. Each member of TI-23 fulfills a specific role in which they are the best. All of the member is equipped with gear that suits their speciality. They are all of equal authority within the squad, except for F16 who is the squad leader. M36 is the squads medic who makes sure his fellow troopers stay in the fight for as long as possible by providing health, armor and using their squad shield. V07 is the squads marksman who is very profficient at taking down targets at long ranges as well as reconnaissance. L21 is the demolitionist as well as an engineer that is versed in bomb defusal. C37 is an expert at CQC and breaching. As a whole TI-23 specialise in superior VIP protection and combat. [How active can you be] I am active. I am on pretty much every day for a few hours at a time. I am going to examine things I've noticed from you on an individual level, and while I have some things that I'd like to see you improve on, do not be discouraged by the criticism! You bring a lot to the table. Where I think you stand out: I've been watching you in PVP scenarios for a while, and you're quite good at PVP in general. This is an essential component of C37 that I already think you would excel at. Your application isn't super long, but it gets across essential info that shows you know what Unit TI-23 offers and what we do, good work overall. You have been extremely respectful ever since joining DT. You follow orders well and you keep things serious when they need to be. You know your limits as a DT member. You seem to know the SOP quite well from what I've seen. You seem to be growing into a leader role more often. You've been pretty active lately, and you're exceeding quota now. Where I think you may struggle against other applicants: Your activity fluctuates often, and there have been times where me and other DT wondered if you were coming back. Although I said you're growing into your leader role more often, I have still yet to see enough in this regard, in my opinion. You're now almost to officer, I really want to see what you can do. I personally would like to see more of you more often just to see how well you do, but my timezone difference does become difficult to gauge a lot of people.
