General Suggestion - Nerf 2191 (this fr has to stop) [Completed]

What are you suggesting? - Reduce the amount of healing 2191 gets or add a cooldown between sucking victims

How would this change better the server? - Make 2191 more balanced

Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - 2191 May become balanced -Very Dangerous-

Who would this change mostly benefit? - Literally everyone that isn't a 2191 main

The current 2191 Meta teaches 2191 to run into any group and just suck away 
Its stupid, All of Nu7 went on BHM one time and 2191 ran into all of them and actually tried to fight. Ofcourse he died, and he got mad that it didnt work
Its just dumb how a 2191 can kill entire squads of mtf due to the insane regen with no cooldown.

Please, I am Begging for 2191 to get nerfed; he is overpowered, and it's absurdly annoying. Every time 2191 gets breached, it's so irritating to deal with. It takes hours literally to re-contain him, and during off-hours, it is physically and mentally impossible to actually re-contain him. The site goes to hell every time he is breached; 2191 is an actual problem that needs to be dealt with. Not to mention even if you have a MASSIVE group of people, its still absurdly hard to re-contain him it's just so annoying

Yeah, I'm sorry but this guy is kind of broken. Even if you dump mags into his head, combine that with the hitreg we got going on and yeah.

+Support Honestly this has to be one of the most annoyingly op scps on the server. This thing is probably more overpowered than 682 right now and ill list off a few reason why. 1: even if you guys do say that it takes a few coldsilver or rigs could take care of 2191 that is a very situational scenario and thats if there are even coldsilver on, rigs being a research robot can't even leave lcz without a escort so having that help you in any way besides being in lcz is a fucking no unless they are on a test with a researcher, And Coldsilver is also a very situational scenario since that requires one to be flagged up (not tryna diss I just haven't seen alot on lately) and even then this brings me to my second reason.

2: Group massacre- You put 2191 in a group of mtf and it will most of the time destroy the group even if it does have coldsilver and lemme tell you why, First the group of mtf would never have thermals on if the 2191 hasn't even been called out as breached so you are pretty much fucked unless you are able to sprint to a armory before it kills everyone there (good luck champ, second its healing factor makes it almost immortal since it gains mad hp when it sucks people making it night unkillable while drinking from someone making it easier to switch from target to target without dying and still retaining its hp. even if there are coldsilver on its not like the 2191 cant just make a dash for any exit and hide since you know invisible vampire kinda hard to see. And I know that it is a situational scenario but so is there being coldsilver and rig on with you (since we wanna talk about things)

3: Stun lock- You mix in all that with a stunlock and guess what, you got a scp that not even the toughest non cs/rig can fuck with if it gets within range (keep in mind this is without thermals and even then if it closes the distance you are done for) you think having a group is useful? try being by yourself without thermals and fucking stop dead in your tracks unable to do anything and just dying to a 2191 that is again back on max hp due to you. 
 

So stunlock mixed with group advantage and also mixed with the fact you would ralrey have a CS/RIG/RIS with you makes for one of the most powerful scps on the server and therfore needing a fucking nerf

As a 2191 player it is really easy to counter if you know the vampire is breached. Large groups with thermals will literally wipe this mf off of the site. Also yes he can take a mag or two to the head, however if u did this thing called spread out and keep you're distance he can very easily be terminated. I'm sorry to say this but you just have to use you're brain to counter this SCP, it is not that difficult to counter. SCP 2191 is a Keter for a reason, just like any other Keter you have to have a strategy to recontain them.
