[50+ words] Someone that has his soldiers back, there to protect and defend them, mentor them, and guide them into being NCO's themselves one day. As an NCO you need to be able to share your knowledge with younger soldiers, teach them the ways of NOVA. As a NCO you are just a officer in training, I will see to it that I train the lower ranks on how to act and proceed the duties of a nova trooper. Influence them to be new members of Blackhole Squadron. Why do you want to become an NCO? [50+] I wish to be more active into NOVA, I am constantly bored being an enlisted just watching while the higher ranks go out doing greater things than I imagine. I wish to do one day wear that extra drip and be more of a assistance in the battlefield. Seeing that I perform better in my duties such as protocols. I also have tons of experience being an NCO in other servers, I will try my best to get more people into the regiment. I want to contribute more! Do you have any experience leading / being an NCO? Well yes in other servers but not in this server. What is the purpose/duty of an NCO? [75+] The purpose/duty of a NCO is to be like a leader in making. I will mentor my lower ranking brother to be a leader like myself in the future. They will one day lead this regiment through all the trainings and lessons I will teach them. I will make sure they succeed in their goals as a NOVA trooper. To get things done without having to be told first by a commissioned officer. The NCO must think ahead at all times and not just sit and wait for things to happen. Often the CO’s are the planners and problem solvers that plan missions and give orders that NCOs and enlisted members carry out. Although the NCOs bring with them technical expertise. An NCO has evolved their skills through assignments and training, as well as ongoing education. Where a CO has a more generalized skillset, an NCO is a specialist in their field, and their knowledge is essential. The non-commissioned officer corps has been referred to as "the backbone" of NOVA. They are the primary and most visible leaders for most military personnel. Additionally, they are the leaders primarily responsible for executing a military organization's mission and for training military personnel so they are prepared to execute their missions.
