I've been Administration on multiple HL2Rp Servers as well As combine control servers. I was head admin/co-owner on a old Combine control server from like 2017? However moderators, admins and super admins were mixed in with event team so I have experience in general staff and event stuff, handled differently obviously. Have you read the staff handbook?: Yes Timezone: EST What rank are you applying for?: Trial Moderator Why do you believe that you deserve the rank?: I've been in a lot of administrative positions on multiple servers, and with that experience I want to be able to utilize it to positively effect the server and help make it easier for any administration with sits or helping with events and problems, as well as making it more accessible for self breaches, maintenance repairs and everything in between. I like to hold myself to a certain standard as far as being serious goes and it really comes down to treat others how you wanna be treated regardless of how cliché it sounds, But handling most situations with a lax attitude probably makes it much more fun for everyone around. Stuff like getting RC/ed on SCP or accidental RDM despite the circumstances maybe being bull crap or slightly fail I'd rather just make it best for everyone and go along with it rather than create a fuss about it. Pretty much at all times I try to shoot and be as trust worthy as possible, I much enjoy earning peoples trust and having a higher standard in just basic interaction with people, really just wanting any kind of positive outcome for anyone interacting with me if possible, I don't want anyone to have a negative attitude towards me or a negative experience with me being involved Scenario questions: Select any two of the following four questions to answer for this section. Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?A1: Probably end up following the handbook and after the first warning, depending on what they say in the sit towards me or other person(s) involved in the sit by putting them in Jail for 300-600 seconds (By getting a moderator+ involved for something like this) and coming back to them to see if they've calmed down to a reasonable state. If not simply banning them for a day to think over their attitude. If at all they come hopefully come back. Usually RDMing ends up being people who have little to no care if they get in trouble or not and just end up banning them without return as it's basically just going to be minge activity. Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation?A2: Try to calm everyone down and if I can produce a system where I talk to one person at a time and figure out what the core issue is, make each person be quiet or they be closed out of the sit for simply impeding on resolving the issue at hand. After that I'll try to make sure everyone is happy with the outcome and punish the ones who caused the issue accordingly, if no one caused and issue on purpose I'd try and advise each one of them how to handle situations alike to it in the future by explaining the problems and finish the sit for thanking everyone for their patience. Q3: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving?:A3: Give them the punishments despite if they care or not as if they do it again they'll be punished further and further till they get banned. Not to mention they could just be bluffing in the end, either way if they care to stay in the server they'll regret it down the line for anything they may apply for. Q4: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him.
