Mind Stone Posted May 6, 2022 Share Posted May 6, 2022 What are you suggesting? - Give trainers about 250-500 XP per trainee successfully trained How would this change better the server? - This benefits the server in a couple ways: - Gives staff more opportunities to meet quota. - People might want to become trainers if they get ย XP. - Most trainers are new to the server and they might want to train more if they get XP. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? While previous arguments have stated branches should add incentive or people would not use it. One small way to help secure this is that trainers will make a sit before they finish their training, to show the completion of their training, and the staff could simply give them the xp like a test.
