 Dual DT-12s, TL-50, DLT-19, DLT-19X, Deployable Shield, Thermal Detonator, and Smoke Grenade.

- Add:  rw_sw_dual_dt12      rw_sw_tl50    rw_sw_dlt19    rw_sw_dlt19x    zeus_thermaldet    zeus_smokegranade            
- Remove: DT-12  TL-50  E-22  DTL-19X
Reason for change (do you think that said weapons is suitable for the job and is fair considering current loadouts of other battalions?): Helps with the new subclass change and making the unit versatile and fluid with their loadout. 

Health: Same

Description (Optional):  

We are going to merge Sharpshooters and create the Corvus Unit subclass for Inferno Squad. The main job for this subclass is to be a jack of all trades subclass. Dealing with close-quarters combat, long-range combat, heavy-weapon combat, sabotage, and capturing. Doing this will result in removing both the Sharpshooter job from the server as well and replacing it with Corvus.


Do you believe these changes are fair to the battalion/job role it is responsible for and will benefit the server, if so, why?: 

I am wanting the Corvus Unit to be a priority when it comes to capturing surrendered non force using enemies and taking them back to the ISD to interrogate. Corvus agents will escort the prisoner to the interrogation room for Intelligence Officers to interrogate. The Corvus Unit is a buffed up and more versatile unit than the regular Inferno Squad agents. It will give our agents more to do, it will give them a versatile loadout they can use, and they can also fight in mainly any environment given to them. It will help the server and battalion with more activity and motivation. Seeing new things added will give people in the community a drive to join.

I believe this was suggested before and denied. 
The problems you seek to fix/address with this addition won’t work, meaning adding a new sub battalion won’t just magically make people join. What you should rather do is host sub-battalion specific missions or SIMs, exclusivity means everything to the average player base. If you have people notice there is attention and care given to the battalion and it’s sub-battalions for example missions specific to those groups then people will join. The traction you will get from a new job will be fleeting because once people join it and notice there isn’t any special role or dedicated trainings/missions people will just leave. 
 

A good example of what I’m talking about is 501st ARC or Regimental engineers. If you give Sentinels, Intelligence Officers and Sharpshooters specific roles, trainings, missions etc. that will give people a reason to join.

  • Seems unbalanced and a bit overpowered by giving them a weapon in all ranges, as well as kinda dumb
  • I don't see a reason to give a single job this much firepower and why it can't be split across different specialties

Unfortunately, we do not feel that this suggestion is suitable for implementation. Please wait at least 2 Weeks before suggesting this again.

However, we do appreciate your attitude towards trying to help us improve, please feel free to show us some more ideas!
