How often are you online on the forums?

Everyday for about 1-3 hours actively, but I most of the time have it open in the background as I'm playing on the server.

Why do you believe you're qualified to serve as a Forum Diplomat?

I am online on the forums everyday, and check up on a lot of things such as applications, suggestions, appeals, and general funny posts. I have a positive reputation on the forums as well. Although I do not post a lot of topics, I do reply to a lot of things.

Would you consider yourself to have good judgement? If so, please describe a situation that required you to make a difficult decision?

Personally I would consider myself as having good judgement. Many staff sits have required me to make a difficult decision and I most of the time make the correct decision, with a few imperfections. But nobody is perfect. A specific example of me having to make a hard decision on the server is that a friend of mine was playing on the server. He then broke a major rule for the class he was playing on, and I decided to make a sit regardless of him being my friend because what he did was a major rule violation.

How would you deal with a situation where a user is spamming in various topics due to getting banned from one of our servers?

I would first request the individual to stop spamming on the forums. Then direct them to the appropriate ban appeal section for their ban. If they continue to spam on the forums I would notify the Head Forum Diplomat about the user spamming, and have disciplinary action taken. If they do not stop after that, a content moderation may be needed to stop them from spamming, or other disciplinary action.

How would you deal with a situation where two users are aggressively arguing with each other in a warning appeal?

I would make a post on the topic notifying the two users to stop arguing within the topic, and to keep it to only opinions of supporting or not supporting. And if they continue to argue within the topic I would speak with the Head Forums Diplomat to see if a forums warning is a good disciplinary action to be taken.

Your still pretty new to the staff team i personally would say give it some more time but you do know how to handle things well and are serious when it comes to staff things ill give +/- Support for now

Even though he's new, he does a pretty good job and I believe he would be good for this position because he's been staff for a month 
and has already accumulated 180+ forums post, so he is very active on the forums it seems.
