Imperial Commando VCMDR Scorch 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? From the start of joining IC I have always wanted to be included in working on making IC even better than ever. Working with Boss, Sev, Scorch, and Fixer has been one hell of an experience for me as I climbed through the ranks and would love for a chance to be a part of that great command team. For what these guys have shown and given me I want to continue to do the same for the people below me as well. Imperial Commandos are a great Special Forces unit as well as a tight knit element that continues to give anyone an opportunity to become a Special Forces Operator without having to go through lore trials or extreme tests. Being a commander of the branch would allow me to continue to work with new and old IC to better train, teach, and even mold new people into being a great commando. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 3 Weeks. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of being a commander within a branch is to be the true role model of any battalion. A Commander is one who knows the insides and out of his/her unit, they work with the officers and NCOs below them to continue to bring a positive and fit environment for their battalion. A commander’s job is not an easy one, you must continue to keep yourself in a mature and positive atmosphere, even during the times of hardship you must be willing to set the tone for the ones below to allow them experience the same great taste of the battalion for what it has to offer. Leadership is not just telling someone what to do or where to go, leadership brings on multiple challenges on being a commander. Development for one, what can we do to increase the activity within a unit. Integrity. Which allows us to see how well the unit holds together and make sure it is a strong unit. Drama can happen from time to time, but you need to be there to be a balance beam for the unit. Even the harder decisions as in demotion or punishment may have to be used to keep hold of that integrity. As a leader you need to show balance and continue to work with a positive open mind allowing anyone to come to you with an idea or opinion about something within. Your comments or actions on these matters will truly show your colors of the leading type if they are handled with the proper conclusions and resolutions. Outside of your branch you will have multiple tasks to continue to follow for instance joint-operations and meetings which are to be concluded every week to allow a visual sense on the outside of the unit to make sure you are able to mold with the affected events which may involve your unit with others. I like to think a Leader is summed up in a quote. “One may tell you to go, but a leader will always say, “Let’s go”.” 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? Being trusted is one great thing even while being a leader. I don’t just gain trust by being truthful and keeping everything honest, but by allowing myself to attempt to better myself and IC as a whole. Some of you may know that I have brought multiple ideas and developments to the eyes of IC Command and HC. I am transparent when it comes to anyone within the unit, I never judge nor adjust my opinion due to one person. IC is a whole and I treat it as such. I am a balanced and open person; I understand there is a CoC to follow but I am always happy to have an open door for truly anything. I'm very positive in many situations and always look for the light at the end of the tunnel. The true point of trusting me in this rank is that I will always be the same person I am now. I have shown plenty of leadership and motivation within the ranks of IC from an NCO to officer. I am always happy to work privately and as a group with anyone struggling with issues within the battalion and won’t hesitate to keep working until it has been resolved. I want to continue to increase activity within IC but also, I want to truly help support it. 7. How often can you be Online?: I will be active every day from 4:30 PM EST to midnight. Discord wise will be all days and nights. On Sundays and Mondays, I will be on most of the days. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?). None.
