My 1st 501st life was 1/17/21 - 3/13/21 Current life is 2/19/22 - Present day. Why Do You Want to Become an Officer? [100+ Words] I have been with 501st a long time, I have seen a lot of people come and go and I have given it my all to grow and succeed in 501st. I want to continue to help his battalion grow and see it become one of the biggest and best on the server. I want to become an officer so I can continue to do that by doing flag ups, SIMs, and training. I have many ideas to help keep every day from feeling repetitive and would like to be able to voice them and put them into motion. I might not have as much experience or qualifications as other people on the server, but I have the drive and the passion to make up for that. How could you assist the 501st Command with this rank? [75+ Words] I can assist the 501st Command team by becoming an Officer and helping keep the battalion active and focused. I would like to do my part in leading by example. I would like to be able to carry out SIMs and training to keep everyone active and having fun but not keeping things repetitive. I hate getting on and seeing everyone either just standing in bunks afk or getting bored and getting off so I would like to put my best foot forward and change that. I can help the 501st Command by keeping an eye on NCOs and Enlisted to make sure they are following the rules and keeping the minging to a minimum but still having fun. How many strikes do you have? I have no strikes in any battalion What Qualifications could you bring to the 501st Officer Team? I may not have many on server qualifications, but I do have a lot of real-life experience in leading people and running a group/crew. I may not have the best qualifications, but I want to learn and better myself and grow by becoming an Officer. Have you had any previous experience has an Officer? I have no Officer experience What is the purpose/duty of an Officer? The duties of an Officer are many. They are meant to assist the Command team and take some of the weight off of their back and assist in any way they can. Officers need to lead by example to show NCOs how they should be acting on ship and during missions and to teach/encourage them to also become Officers.
