I have also been a Community Manager on a server (forgot the name because it shut down a couple of years ago). I've had experience with staffing on a Jedi vs Sith server, a DarkRP server and about 2-3 Imperial RP servers. I had to deal with the usual people that for example: RDM, FailRP, minge, MRDM, NITRP, breaking NLR, racism etc. I also had the experience of dealing with YouTubers that don't follow the rules and punishing them because everyone should be treated equally in a community. I had experience helping other staff out with sits, whether it's just making sure they're not missing any details or just making sure they don't lose their cool when dealing with people. (Can be any length) Although I don't necessarily deserve the rank and haven't played in a very long time, I still think I deserve it because I want to start helping the community again and I want to start being more interactive within the community. I want to keep everyone on and out of the server satisfied and happy with how the staff team handle their community, especially when faced with someone that doesn't follow the rules etc. I want to be able to help out where I can when it's helping with a sit, helping with events or just answering questions someone has for the staff. I believe that I am a very reliable candidate for the staff team and can be trusted to handle situations reasonably, fairly and open minded. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would tell them to calm down and to stop cursing at me and tell him/her that I want to cooperate with him/her. If it doesn't stop I will proceed to tell him/her that I see that he's/she's not willing to cooperate and will then proceed to mute/gag him and give them a formal warning with the following warns: MRDM, Disrespect, NITRP and will proceed to ban them for 5-6 days. However regardless of current community status, it's a fair application and you seem like a good pick. Best of luck!
