It used to take 5 minutes to read the MOTD and have a solid foundation on everything going on, same with SOP's; now both have turned into colleges thesis. Try to stay using common sense. If somebody does something dumb, use common sense to handle it—no need to spend an hour writing a suggestion to include that exact scenario in the MOTD. Just use common sense, which is missing significantly. It is not fun to deal with everything that escalates to the top of COC because people lack common sense. It's honestly all you need to get promoted. If you are not being promoted, you probably are lacking it.
