And why do you have the strikes if you do? 0 Strikes in the battalion, 0 warns across gaminglight Why should we trust you with a NCO rank? (120 words) I can be trusted due to my previous experience as a low command member for one of gaminglights other servers. I stayed in the position for a few months before resigning to StarwarsRP. I believe my previous experience that i gained as low command for the other server will also continue to help me here. I am consistently active on the battalion job throughout the nights I am not working. I have also continuously enjoyed my time within the battalion and want to have our fellow enlisted enjoy being in our corps just as much as I do. By me becoming an NCO, the position will allow me to host sims consistently during the days I am not at work, will help the battalion by being able to recruit during times when there are little to no SF NCO's on, and will allow me to be more engaged with the battalion and our members. What can you do to assist Officers with this rank? (50 words) With me being granted the rank of NCO, I'll be able to begin recruitment of new potential starfighter members during the times I don't see anyone on. I live in the EST and with my work schedule, I am up later than most and up during the early morning hours. With be being entrusted NCO, I will continuously be able to host SIMS for the branch, and with everything that i have learned, I will be able to teach the newer enlisted how to become better pilots and better members of the ISD overall. What is the main point of NCO? (60 words) The main duties of an NCO are to assist the battalion by recruitment and to prove leadership. An NCO should be able to be active in the battalion and be actively engaged with the enlisted Whether it's teaching them new tips and tricks on flying, how to properly land, how to escort, hosting tryouts, or just being there for them when they have a question. We are their role models. Question, what would happen if you see a enlisted not following orders and they are messing around? (75 words) Should I see an enlisted not following orders and continuously messing around, I'd tell them what they would need to do and inform them that they need to listen to orders given to them, and request that they re-read the battalions SOP depending on the severity of what they're doing. should they continue or what they've done was severe, I would gather evidence and follow chain of command, letting the higher ups issue a punishment they deem fit. Do you agree that if you are striked within the first week you will be put back down to the Enlisted rank? I agree. They take SF seriously & they have great potential within the battalion Great pilot, follows orders well during missions Kiar is one of our best 'sleeper pilots' by that I mean they keep their head down & gets on with what's expected & causes 0 drama I've only seen 3 others take off and land as smoothly as they do!
