Some expectations that I have set for myself and that I have met is, be active at least put 5 hours on duty a week, Attend PD meetings when available (henceforth my always driving every time there is a meeting), Help enlisted and supervisor ranks, Still train cadets and ensure that they understand what we expect as police officers and if no one is still available I would take then in ride alongs in my little ol command car. The other reasons I think I should get promoted is because I also bring with me an extensive line of command experience weather that just be as a low command member or a high command member in various departments. The times that I am active is later in the day rather that being in the evening or later at night when server player base is down but that allows me to see members that have the same time dedications to also be seen by a command member and see if they need any help or have any questions about something but this also allows me to evaluate people more since I can focus on individuals to see if they are fit for the next rank.
