Starting off, currently I'm just playing on E11 and do my thing here and there, and I hop off. I'd like to do more, help more, and be more of an asset and functioning member of the community. I would like something challenging to do, as I've heard from current and past staff that it has it's different kinds of challenges, and that's what can make it exciting. Given that I have previous experience as a staff member in a couple of other communities, I believe that I have an idea of the expectations of how staff work is. Also, with my reputation in the community, I believe that I have raised enough trust within the community to earn myself a rank within the staff team. I want to see the server keep going strong, and I want to move up through the ranks to be the best that I can for the community. Q3: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving? In my opinion, it's best to hand out the punishment that's appropriate to the rule that they're breaking. No sense in escalating it further. Q4: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this? I would advise them that due to the staff team receiving a previous regarding bug abuse, they'll be receiving a warn.
