Reason for change:
Medical Command would like to have one job so Officers can use the current Vice Commander Model, NCOs can use the current Officer Model and Rescue Squadron can keep the current one they have as they shared one with NCOs and it can be sometimes confusing to have two jobs with the same model.

Reason for change (do you think that said weapons is suitable for the job and is fair considering current loadouts of other battalions?):
Bacta Grenade: There is an alternate version of the Bacta Grenade that does not reset people's health to their "Bacta Max" and rather creates blue smoke that regenerates health on all standing within its AOE for the duration. This regen also includes the ability to over heal. This makes a viable tool to assist in point defense while eliminating the issues that make our current Bacta Grenade banned from use.

Adding SE-14c to Medical Command: All other NCO+ and sub-regiment jobs have this pistol, so it doesn't make sense for the Commander job to not possess it.

Adding Smoke Grenade to Medical Command: Rescue squadron possesses the Smoke Grenade. As a Medical Commander should be experienced in all of the regiment's equipment and tactics lore wise, it would make sense for the Medical Command job to possess this.

Health:
- Current: 500 HP

- New: 550 HP

Armor: 

- Current: 100 Armor

- New: 100 Armor

 

Reason for health/armor changes:
Needs a boost as other jobs hp is going up.

Adding Kitchen Knife to NCO - The Kitchen knife is primarily used for Surgery RP for both Researcher and Rescue. Outside of Sub-regiments, NCOs are often looked to as assistants for these operations and would benefit from this mainly RP weapon.

Adding the T21: Most medical have an LMG and medical command believe that they should get one as they are one of our attacks/heavy units.

Need more shield as they need to heal the most people when in battle and defended when doing surgeries in battle

Adding E-11 (no scope), E-11, and SE-14c to Medical Assault Unit [T1]: These are staple medical weapons that should be added to the Donor rank as well.

Changing TL-40 with TL-50: TL-50 is more of a faster shooting gun and is more meant for a run and gun and that is what Assault Unit is.

Do you believe these changes are fair to the battalion/job role it is responsible for and will benefit the server, if so, why?:

For changes to the Medical Command job:
The Commander has a more rounded weapon loadout and is able to assist employ additional tactics from Rescue during combat.

Bacta Grenade for: 

NCO - A new piece of tactical equipment for fresh NCO's who haven't yet joined a sub regiment. 

Research - While they don't get into combat much, the new Bacta Grenade can be used (SPARINGLY!!!) for RP situations involving gaseous elements. i.e. Testing gases or gas grenades, air purification, etc.

Rescue - As a Front-line unit, the new Bacta Grenade is great for Rescue to use for assisting advance forces that get bogged down in standoffs with unfavorable terrain/cover

Officer - As elite and experienced veterans of the Corps, Officers should have a wide range of tactical tools at their disposal

Command - Same as the Officer, but to a far higher degree. 


Job Name Changes: 

Medical Trooper -> 69th Medical Trooper - We want to standardize and sophisticate the job names with our prideful regimental number. (The same change will be done for the NCO, Officer, and Command jobs.)

Imperial Researcher -> 69th Medical Research Division - The term "Division" gives an extra level of namesake sophistication to the Researcher job while still standardizing the name with the others 

Medical Rescue Squadron -> 69th Medical Rescue Squadron - The standardization of the regiment number in the name gives an additional sense of Rescue being a special wing of Medical

Medical Assault Trooper [T1] -> 69th Medical Assault Unit [T1] - The term "Unit" conforms better with the collective theme of the sub-regiment names, as we are planning to convert the Assault Unit into a sub-regiment in the future.

Health/Armor Change:

This is so we don't die as fast when healing others and also so NCOs and Enlisted don't have the same Health.
