Tazza Posted January 22, 2022 Share Posted January 22, 2022 Name:Tazza SteamID: STEAM_0:0:60015001 Current Rank: Lead Researcher Time in Research (Estimate): 69 days nice Why do you believe you should be in Research Command?(100 word requirement): Well I've had past experiences with research and being a command, I've met great friends in research and I hope I can try and increase RRA activity so no trainees will be left for 15-20 minutes without any trainers on to train them, I'm extremely active in research and I've been in research for quite a while even before the 69 days, I've watched many great research command members resign from research, I'm liked by a few command members and I've made pretty decent test logs, I'm mainly active during downtime due to my time zone (ACDT) which does mean unfortunately I wont be able to catch any command meetings cause I'll be asleep but I see many JRs breaking SOP guidelines during downtime cause they think they'll get away with it cause no CMD are online but if I'm online I'll be able to warn them or strike them if it comes down to it. granted I make many mistakes but if you don't make mistakes you cannot learn so if a JR makes a tiny mistake like buying a SMG cause they see that they can buy a mac10 so they may think that they can buy any SMG in the armoury so I'd just tell him he isn't meant to buy any other SMG than the mac10, I could also host mass training for research as I see so many research trainees sitting there for 15+ minutes for a trainer, because of my past CMD experiences I know what makes people flag onto the job more just being friendly in general is a great way to gain activity. What can you bring to the table that others can't? (100 word requirement): I'm active during downtime when no CMD are on so I'd be on to stop SOP breaking researchers from continuing I'm extremely friendly to new research members so I'll most likely become friends with them making a more friendly community in research hopefully making research a friendlier place! I spend multiple hours of my day playing this game and even multiple hours of my night playing this game on the server and I'm just hoping that if I become CMD I can make research an even better place than it was before. I'll stay in research CMD as much as I possibly can I'm also really active on the Gaminglight forums What would you do to better Research and increase activity? (100 word requirement): Being generally friendly to new researchers is a great way to increase activity in the research branch that's the same for all branches as long as your being friendly people will want to flag onto the job and have a fun time either with you or just on the job in general and I love watching new JRs and ARs making test logs as no matter what age you are you've got some form of imagination even if you may have some disabilities, I can also help in more mass tests then I could ever as a Lead Researcher, I could also help in more tests when ever required as I am a part of the R.I.S program so I could help researchers do tests during downtime when its harder to get escorts.
