I have been an NCO for 8 Days What rank are you applying for? Flight Lieutenant How many strikes do you have? And if you do why? I have 0 strikes. Why should we trust you with an Officer rank? (120 words) I believe I should be trusted with the rank of Flight lieutenant because for one, I have a lot of experience within SF having been in it multiple times and getting Vice Marshall the most recent time. I have good relations with a lot of people in the battalion and I try to set myself as a good example during events, SIMs, and Missions as I know how frustrating it can be to host those when SF is minging. I have only been striked once for minging around June of 2021. But since then I think I have improved a lot and I could set a good example for those below me, which I believe is what a good officer should do. What can you do to assist command with this rank? (60 words) I can assist command by hosting more SIMs, more tryouts, and helping manage the NCOs and Enlisted and make sure they do what they are supposed to when needed. I can also help by being a good leader whenever needed so everyone can stay on task and be the best pilot they can be. I can host Flight SIMs for those that need help with flying their TIE or even a ITT/VTOL. What is the point of been a officer? (50 words) The point of being an officer to set a good example for NCOs and Enlisted. They look up to officers for advice, and they want to be like them so that one day they can also become an officer, because if they do what an officer did, It should get them to the same rank eventually too. Overall, Enlisted and NCOs need a good leader who they can look up to and respect. What would happen if you see a fellow officer messing around and then commanding NCOs to mess around with him? (75 words) I would first clip it with Medal, then I would try telling him to stop. But if he doesn't, I would ask the next highest rank above him to stop, If that doesn't work I will make a report and send it to a Group Captain. And after that it is up to Command to determine if it is striking worthy. Do you agree that if you are striked within the first week you will be put back down to the NCO rank? I agree.
