Toasty Posted January 20, 2022 Share Posted January 20, 2022 (edited) Post name: MTF Job Pack MOTD Update What are you suggesting? - Adding/Updating the current rules regarding the MTF Job Pack. - At the moment there is a rule that says, "The Nu-7 Explosive Specialists are not allowed to set the C4 timer under 5 seconds, nor enter D-Block at anytime." "Nu-7 Explosive Expert" should be changed to "MTF Demolitions Expert" since there is no Nu-7 Explosive Expert. - A rule should be added that says something along the lines of "While playing a job from the MTF Job Pack you are to follow the SOP of the branch you are currently named after (e.g., If you have your name as "MTF E11 [Rank] [Name]" while you're on Tau-5 then you are to follow the E-11 SOP). If you are playing on a job from the MTF Job Pack but are currently not in an MTF branch, then you are to default following the Nu-7 SOP." How would this change better the server? - I think that updating the name of "Nu-7 Explosives Expert" to "MTF Demolitions Expert" will help clear up any confusion regarding the rules for it entering D-Block. Adding the rule for what SOP players have to follow while on the MTF Job Pack is already somewhat a rule on its own but just not written anywhere and so adding it to the MOTD will add clarification for players that havent been told it before. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - Not really any disadvantage I can think of. Who would this change mostly benefit? - MTF players and players that have the MTF Job Pack. He just wants to clarify which SOP to follow on jobs since, yes, you might not be in a branch but you are still supposed to follow most of MTF rules.+ Support I wanna clarify the MTF job pack still has to follow mtf rules no matter what even now this was just to make sure people know what they all are to avoid people from getting warned for failrp ect.... and as for right now if you are in e11 your not supposed to use your e11 rank and things like that because you are basically loopholeing the e11 sop/rules. because according to my knowledge of the job pack you are Nu7 so must follow the Nu7 sop/rules.
