Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I would like to be commander of havoc to ensure the battalion is no longer overlooked. Havoc has been known as a battalion which is essential, however underpowered and overlooked. With me becoming havoc commander, this will stop. I want to ensure the battalion runs smoothly as a whole and implement changes which appeals to more people. I can split the reasons into three main things:Cross-Battalion relations: As havoc commander I will ensure the battalion works closely with other battalions that are compatible such as SF and IC (Demo), I will ensure that both battalions work together to achieve greater results, hosting missions where we work together and ensure we have some passive RP and fun as well. Activity: This is the main one we have already achieved so far in havoc. Before I came out of reserves you would be lucky to find 1 havoc on, however we are steadily averaging around 5-6 and even up to 10 at peak times. This has been a huge improvement for havoc and has been the best it has been in a long time. The main area we lack in havoc is a strong officer core. As commander I will ensure this is finally done.Changes to the battalion: I have plenty of changes in mind for havoc, with some examples being Model changes, vehicle additions, new sub battalions and the list goes on. During my time at commander I will ensure I do make some changes as the current state of the classes and models are not what they should be. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? I currently have 1302 hours on the server. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose as a commander is to ensure the WHOLE battalion is managed effectively and everyone is doing the job they should be doing. I will make sure this is the case. It also revolves around working with HC effectively so changes that do need to be made, can be. Furthermore I also will be a role model for all havoc troopers. I have spent over 1k hours in this battalion at ALL ranks, so I know what is required at each one. I will also be responsible for improving documents such as SOP's and multiple tryout docs. I have already done this as I have reworked the Havoc assault team twice when I was the leader of the sub battalion twice. I have high standards for the battalion and will ensure they will be met. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I should be trusted as this is battalion I have committed over 1k hours into havoc. I know the battalion like the back of my hand and can be trusted with such a responsibility. I am an easily approachable individual and will never turn my back on anyone. I have been a vice commander for probably around half my time on the server and have proven myself to be a trustworthy individual. As most people know I have all the qualities to be the commander of this battalion and am the best fit to ensure the progression of it. 7.
