Master Sergeant How much time do you have on the server`? 138:14, First seen 2 months ago Why do you feel that you deserve the position of officer? Since the first day I joined shock, I knew right then I wanted to stick with Shock for the majority of my time on the Gaminglight server. I have been active as a shock member with the name of Gett, recently changed to Ralyx, almost daily. I have done my best to host whenever possible as well as keeping my other shock members informed on what's going on as well as instructing new members on where things are located and how we operate. I have had a decent amount of experience in this division and believe I can do even more with my activity as an Officer. Why do you feel you can be trusted to hold this position? I believe I am a trustworthy individual when it comes to a leadership position. I may not have much experience in leadership in the Gaminglight community but I have had no issues with any members so far. I am a fairly active player and hope to become more active as time goes on and wish only to aid Shock as much as I can. I can direct orders and I know when to follow. I can take criticism of my leadership and build upon it to improve my leadership capabilities. I am flexible with other's schedules and can come to a compromise with other officers when needed. If chosen, what can you add to the battalion that other applicants can't? I hope to bring many new Sim events as well as activity for the Shock battalion. As an Officer I feel that I can help bring more enlisted up into our much needed NCO roles and provide them with the proper training needed to one day become officers themselves. I hope to aid in the growth of the Shock Security and expand upon the already amazing activity and Sims that are already present in Shock. As a newly promoted officer, I may be hesitant to host sims and tryouts immediately but after learning the ropes, I can host events almost daily. How active can you be? I can be on most days for around 2-3 hours, depending on school and family events. Weekends I can be available for more than 6 hours if nothing interferes.
