Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I would like to become a Vice Marshall of Starfighters so I can make a gradual effort into not only improving the battalion but being able to keep a stable status of the battalion as well. I believe it is pivotal to outperform expectations of a command member and would like to represent as such, whilst giving a great impression of SF to others and fixing up as good of an Officer team and NCO team as possible to set up a steady future for command and maintain general flow of tryouts, SIMS, & etc. I also believe that by becoming a CMD member of SF, it will make joint-battalion activities much more feasible. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? ~2400 hrs 5. What is the main purpose of a commander for a branch? What I believe to be the main purposes of a VCMDR of a regiment go as follows: To keep their respective branch tranquil. To build and maintain proper NCO/Officer Teams. To represent their battalion (Scrutinize and prevent repeated wrongdoings or misrepresentation). To ensure each person in a specific rank or role is fit for such, does not violate SOP, and follows the given tasks to their rank. To keep each concurrently used document updated and relevant to the server and time. To overlook sub-branches and ensure they are properly lead by an officer. To promote troopers accordingly. To interact and cooperate with fellow command in decision making, and keep appropriate contact with HC (Specifically NHC). To perform simulations and encourage flag-ups or simulations. To update the roster regularly. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? I believe I can be trusted with the rank of Vice Marshall because I have amassed a great deal of time and command experience (about 8 months in HC) on the server. I have the qualities necessary for a leader. I have updated and founded many documents (as well as formed four concurrent rosters) on the server, and always remained on top of roster duties. I have garnered the respect of many current and former players on Gaminglight and don't wish to refute any I still have from the likes of the aforementioned. I do not keep grudges or biases toward any other members of the community and have since dropped any resentment I may have previously held toward any member- I simply wish to help the server or more specifically this battalion as best I can because holding things against others is ineffective and time-consuming. At this point I believe I have proven my worth and loyalty to the Starfighter Regiment and plan to continue so. 7. How often can you be Online? I can be online on ImperialRP from 4pm - 10pm on most weekdays (depending on my work schedule); >5hrs at a time on weekends. 8. Do you have any Warnings? I have 0 active warnings but an appealed warning for "Micspam" on Gaminglight MilitaryRP from July, 2020.Thank you for taking the time to read this.
