Organising patrols and protection details for army officers also host tryouts. Why do you want to become an NCO? Be able to play a bigger part in NOVA Do you have any experience leading / being an NCO? Been leading on and off in different areas for a few years, ask if you want me to expand on this. What is the purpose/duty of an NCO? Take charge with the hosting of tryouts and train lower ranking members in NOVA alongside generally playing a larger role in organisation in NOVA.
