Why should we add it? - A failRP/RDM should not result in someone losing the $5k they invested in being pres/having to re-run. What are the advantages of having this? - More people will be prone to play on Pres role. Its just the simple fact that there are already rules in place for when you can kill the President. The president shouldn't be punished for someone disregarding MOTD and breaking them.
