For one, I am very experienced. I have been a member on PoliceRP for nearly a year now, and I have worked my way through the ranks of several different departments and sub-departments including PD, State, SRT, DOC and SPMU. My experience in these departments leads me to my next reason why I think I would make a good fit for Lieutenant which is my maturity. Although a lot of people may know me as someone who likes to joke around, I think most people would give me the courtesy of saying I am professional and mature as well. I handle my issues (whether it is on staff or in RP) with the upmost highest level of professionalism and never hold a personal grudge against anyone. Another reason why I think I am fit for Lieutenant is my activity. Although I am not always on PD, I am active on a lot of other departments and I am active on staff. I try to be online whenever I can and I try to be active on government whenever there is not a situation with my criminal family or staff. Based on my professionalism, experience, maturity and good activity, I believe that I would make a great fit for a PD Lieutenant. With my brief encounters I have had with you, you seem like a great law enforcement officer. You hold yourself to professional standards and have integrity while conducting your duties. I really can't comment on the "inactivity" that was stated in another responses because I haven't seen it. When I stated "brief encounters" it's because I tend to arrive on scenes and disembark quite fast, and don't really socialize at times.
