1. Steam Name?: InaccuratePlayer

2. Steam ID?: STEAM_0:0:459780903

3. Roster Name?: Inaccurate

4. Current Rank?: CPT

5. When were you promoted?: November 13th

6. How long have you been a member of GENSEC (roughly)?: If you include my time before I resigned, probably a cumulative of 5+ Months

7. Do you promise to uphold all rules instated by GamingLight and by the many Security guidelines?: Yes

8. Do you promise to uphold your duties as a command member in leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, etc.?: Yes

9. Do you promise that you will listen and respect your lower / higher rankings?: Yes

10. Why do you want to become a senior command member? (150 WORDS+):

I want to become a Senior Command member for many reasons. Since my return to the server, I have been enjoying the server a lot and have found GenSec in particular very entertaining and enjoyable. I love interacting with members of GenSec and never get bored while doing so. I want to do more for this branch, specifically as a SCMD member as they directly assist HCMD with the development of the branch. I'm also interested in becoming a SCMD member in a branch other than Utility, as I feel like it would be a new experience and it would be fun to do so. I also just want to do more for the branch; as a Captain, all I can really do is promote/demote people, host a PT/Off-Meeting, and help lead D-Block. I want to be involved with new updates, changes, and development of things for GenSec to help make it the best branch on the server. I would love to help HCMD work on new Classes, updates, documentation, and rule changes for GenSec.

11. What would you do if a Security Officer was constantly leaving D Block?:

I would first check to see if an NCO+ was actually giving him perms to leave for escort/medbay/armory. If I conclude that he didn't have permission to leave, I would pull him aside and inform him that Enlisted aren't allowed to leave D-Block without perms from an NCO+. I would then place him on the watchlist so other command know to keep an eye on him. If he continues to leave D-Block without permission after I warned him, I would have him meet be in bunks and inform him that since he kept leaving D-Block after being told not to, he would be receiving a strike, which as an OFC would result in removal. I would then tell him that he would be able to be trained again the following day.

12. What would you do if an NCO kept on leaving d-block with terrible reasons?:

Depending on the rank of the NCO, I would handle this situation slightly differently.

If the offender is an JNCO, I would pull them aside in bunks and talk about valid reasons to leave D-Block (Medbay, Armory, Escorting, etc.). I would then explain that them leaving for an invalid reason puts a bad impression on Enlisted, as they could think that once they're each NCO they can leave for any reason. After that talk, I would say if I saw them doing it again, I would strike them, and send them back to D-Block. I would then fill out a watchlist so other command are aware of the situation. The reason I'm being lenient here is as a JNCO may have only been an NCO for a few days, or even a few hours, so I would not expect them to know the rules like the back of their hands. The best thing you can do is inform them of the rules so they don't repeat the same mistake.

If the offender is a SNCO, I would pull them aside in bunks and inform them that they would be being striked for leaving D-Block without a valid reason. I would expect a SNCO to be well versed in GenSec rules and the expectations put on NCOs, so I wouldn't be as lenient with punishment as I would be with a JNCO. After striking them, I would tell them that they could appeal their strike at a set date, and then send them back to D-Block. I would then fill out a Strikes form in the discord, place them on the watchlist so other command are aware of the situation, and possibly a DNP if the specific NCO has had issues before with following GenSec rules/SOP.

13. What do you do if an E-11 private comes into d block and attempts to take command of all of the security?:

I would first check to see if conditions were met for E11 to be in D-Block in the first place. If conditions are not met, I would kick him out and then inform an E11 2LT+ of the situation. If conditions are met, I would kindly ask him to refrain from ordering security around, as we already have NCOs and Command to do that, and he doesn't have the authority to do so. If he continues, I would then tell him to leave D-Block, as that kind of behavior is counterproductive and can disrupt our command chain. I would then immediately inform an E11 2LT+ of the situation.

14. Explain the process of promoting a corporal to sergeant in your own words:

Copy and Pastes Command Guide

After filling out a promotion log and getting into a TS channel with them, what I would do first is tell them the basic differences of being a NCO compared to a CPL is. I would tell them about being able to call Partial/Hands Up on Code Orange/Black, the fact that they can be trained for FTO and Sniper, and the general duties of an NCO, including leading D-Block, assigning escorts, and filling out NCO Activity Logs. I would then give them the NCO guide and have them read through it. After they are done, I would answer any questions they may have about the guide and their duties as an NCO. After that, if they don't have a forums account already, I would help them set one up and give them a little "tour" of the SCPRP forums so they know where everything is.

I do not think your time in security has been enough to compete with others.

The work you have accomplished within the last 2 weeks while rivals some does not for many others as well. This does not mean you are a bad CPT however you have not had enough time to accomplish something special/meritorious/some other thing .
