Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (Can be any length) I deserve this rank because I've been on the server for a while and generally understand how many things work. I have never taken bias on anything and never will. I can and will put in 1-3 hours onto the server per day (unless ROA or LOA) and will accept all sits I can. I also believe that I'm generally a friendly person and will try my best to defuse any situation should it come up within staff sits. However, I have just come back from a long-time break and maybe a bit uncertain about a few days, although I'm confident I'll relearn it. My goal is to make sure that everyone has on the server has a generally very great time enjoying and playing the server. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would gag him before he can curse me or any other staff any more. Than, I'd freeze him and, and tell him to calm down. If, previously there was a player and not just people in OOC complaining about him MRDM'ing, I'd ask the reporter what he did and the sitaution between them, and then ungag the aggressor and ask him about his side. If not, than just do the same except not ask the person who reported (because no-one did.) I'd warn him for MRDM and Staff Disrespect, than ask in staff chat if somebody could ban him for 5 days with the reason as MRDM, than close the sit.
