Nothing against E11, but some of the things here are simply not needed IMO.
The rust weapons. Why not simply buff existing ones? Or change to existing weapons? Why add new ones?
The medic gun is simply odd to me. Why give a more powerfull healing tool to a branch that is not dedicated to healing. Give that sorta stuff to Medical, not E11.

Everything else is fine by me tho.

IMO, the reasoning for the Medic Gun is make RCU more unique and not only that, we are the main healers for MTF
We will be in combat a lot of the time, and in these situations sometimes you cant reach a teammate without getting gunned down to shit.
(Remember, people didn't join a combatant branch to act as a medical[Even though the situations are more exhilarating])

The medic gun can also benefit medical as some classes could possibly use it, such as the ACM

I agree with phill here, at the very least I would say to give the medic gun to Field Medics, Senior Medics, Medical Command, and ACMs as well.

After checking out the addon a bunch, it seems pretty close to what we have already. This will just add on to the server's addon list for too little of gain.

To answer your question, RCU Command has been working together to form rules on it, obviously because its new we will adjust usage rules on it as needed

This and the new D4 model doesn't look robotic at all. There are already loads of sits for 049, 610 mishaps having a model that doesn't look like a robot would just increase these sits tenfold.
