Why not simply buff existing ones? Or change to existing weapons? Why add new ones? The medic gun is simply odd to me. Why give a more powerfull healing tool to a branch that is not dedicated to healing. Give that sorta stuff to Medical, not E11. IMO, the reasoning for the Medic Gun is make RCU more unique and not only that, we are the main healers for MTF We will be in combat a lot of the time, and in these situations sometimes you cant reach a teammate without getting gunned down to shit. I agree with phill here, at the very least I would say to give the medic gun to Field Medics, Senior Medics, Medical Command, and ACMs as well.
