Because ACM at least is meant to be a unit that helps security and is mainly around LCZ, which causes problems when they have to worry about 912 hitting them while they're trying to kill a dclass or scp How would this change better the server? - Make it easier for ACMs and MMFs to kill dclass and such in lcz Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server?
