 Reason for Staff Restriction: Abuse of ET Powers after verbal warning

Why do you think that your Staff Restriction should be removed? (longer the better): 

Im gonna start this off by acknowledging the given, I fucked up big time. I spawned in a Micro HID on my staff job, using ET powers. However,

 I believe that my staff restriction should be removed because I have changed since then. I understand now that what I did very clearly violated the ET and staff guidelines and was a huge no no and I should not have done what I did.

It has been over 5 months since I was staff restricted and I have learned from my actions and have taken the time to focus on how to be a better person and member of the server. I worked my way up to SM In CI before having to resign due to school. 

I feel that I have made a better name for myself within the community and others can say that im not the same person as before.

I would like a second chance at being staff and possibly ET.  I have been with this community for over a year and a half now, being staff and ET was one of my favorite memories and I hope I can join the staff/ET team again.

5 months is not very long for the offense of abuse. From what I can tell you haven’t matured too much from what I’ve seen in TS.

Depending on what you did after you spawned it, and your intentions of spawning it, I believe it would be appropriate to reduce the BL from Perm to smth like 1-3 months since how you've already done 5

During my investigation into this staff report, I discovered numerous incident where Buck engaged in abuse of his staff powers by using powers off duty, moving people with his physgun while off duty without the consent of the players, and generally causing problems. Buck was issued two staff strikes during this incident, and I verbally warned Buck personally that any further abuse of his staff powers would result in being removed from the staff team.

On May 18th I received a report from the then ET Leader that Buck had engaged in serious misconduct on the Event Team, that being spawning a Micro Cannon, which is prohibited at ALL TIMES, and used his ET powers inappropriately. After this report was substantiated, pursuant to the conversation and expectations that I laid out for Buck he was removed from the staff and ET team and issued a staff restriction.

While I agree with Buck that he hasn't caused any issues since his staff restriction, I do not believe overturning the staff restriction is called for. Buck had multiple chances, the consequences of further misconduct were made abundantly clear, and he made the decision to abuse his powers again.

Yea after seeing all this information I feel like he was given more than enough of a chance to improve his behavior and learn from his mistakes but decided to keep abusing his power

Based on prior interactions I’ve had with you in the past when you were apart of the game master team on imperial you constantly used and abused your powers of duty, including but not limited to giving your self weapons you weren’t supposed to have, giving yourself a weapon known as the “5k” and killing a bunch of people, and giving yourself a phys gun (something no imperial staff get unless on job or admin+.) I hate to say it but I believe your just one of those people who are just not cut out for being staff on any GL server.
