What did the admin do: Some context:

There were only 40 people on and it was quite slow as most were AFK. There was no testing or seriousRP going on during this event, only CI raids and class D escapes. I was acting as a JM collecting trash around the facility, when I entered the 137 zone thinking there was a manhole there, my memory served me wrong. On my way out, I closed one of the keycard doors to the 137 containment, but not both. I then noticed MazuzaM following me around in his administration role, once picking me up with his physgun and setting me down for no reason. I continued to collect trash across LCZ before being teleported into an admin sit with both himself, and islandtoad. I proceeded to have my time wasted for 5 minutes while being accused of setting free SCPS, despite not a single SCP being in a job. After I questioned why I was there multiple times, MazuzaM left the sit and islandtoad told me that he didn't know why I was there and then he had to end it, instead of MazuzaM. 

I believe MazuzaM was only spectating me for the pure fact that I complained about someone breaking NLR time limits in OOC chat and he didn't like that I used OOC instead of a report. I believe that he is trying to find any small little thing to punish me for simply because he does not like me. This is not how staff members, despite being trials, should act.

What do you believe should happen to the admin: retrained & derogatory marks on record, or reconsidered for a future moderator role.

 

Any extra information: MazuzaM was only typing to communicate throughout the sit, so hopefully console logs can be considered as evidence. However I occasionally used VC.

Im MazuzaM the original guy that brought you to the sit.
I'd like to say that originally I was spectating Dblock, then I saw you in 173 CC and was wondering what you were doing, after that I saw you opening a flagged off 173 CC and didnt closed it.
I was wondering what happend and i tried to bring you with my Physgun but my binds didnt work (Thats why I just left you) and I decided to bring you yo the sit and I friendly asked what was happening, after all the checks I said you were fine and I also tried to explain to you why I brought you bt you just wanted to report me.
You said that I didnt like you but actually I never saw you complaining about NLR in ooc, I tried to bring you back but I accidentally brought back myself. I also tried to apologize and let you know what was happening but you ignored me

Two things I have to say about this report

1. Pasting chat logs doesn't prove anything as it is unverified (not saying it isn’t what happened but snipping tool on chat would better prove something like this

2. This is largely here-say as to what reason he brought you to the sit. It seems he might’ve just jumped the gun on pulling you to a sit room, having thought you’d fail rp’d

I don’t think the evidence is very strong and the offense seems rather small anyways, sure it took some of your time up but that’s of honestly little consequence.

The amount of contradictions in your report impresses me more than gordan ramsay not complaining about food being raw. 

I ain't trying to be toxic but your're saying hes trying to get you in trouble for small things then you  proceed to make a report about him doing his job...

This report just on your text wouldn't amount to anything. No real abuse of power, just missteps. He was trying just TMod things happened.

I know you explained your part about 173's cell but really sir? Just leaving it open not thinking that is wrong. I would've assumed the same as staff because people do abuse the free roaming jobs to open cells and switch jobs. It is an MOTD rule. That is more on you than the staff in question.

There is a lack of proper evidence on your side to support your claims.
If your recollection of what occurred during the sit is true, it is most likely due to MazuzaM being a Trial Moderator.
The video that MazuzaM has provided paints a different picture than the one your are attempting to construct.
The sit seems legit.

Him picking you up with the physgun was him trying to pull you into a sit, one of the features of the sit system is that you can physgun people and press a certain key to pull them into a sit automatically.

As for your excuse for opening 173's CC because you thought there was a manhole, that's completely false because you didn't even look at the CC after going down the stairs, you didn't even have your trash collector out.

Clear attempt to leave the CC open for any 173's that may flag on. Expect a removal from Maintenance soon.

(Completely on related but there used to be a manhole in the outside part of 173 which is what I thought he was talking about until the clip.

After watching the video from MazuzaM it clearly looks like you were breaching a flagged off SCP, even if you weren't breaching it like you said, which the excuse you made doesn't make much sense especially since you opened the window first then the CC and just left without even really taking the time to look if there was a manhole or not in there. This is also one of the things that staff have to deal with during off hours, since new players that have access to a job with a keycard like to open an SCP CC then hop on that SCP to breach (not all new players do that but its more common for newer players to do that). Lastly, T-Mods are still learning the ropes on being staff and mess up sometimes and even more experienced staff can mess up on commands sometimes so in my opinion there is nothing wrong with him returning himself instead of you especially since the only difference between returning himself or you is an '@' symbol.

- honestly, it sounds as if you're trying to get Maz in trouble for the littlest thing instead of the other way around
