ravergang Posted October 24, 2021 Share Posted October 24, 2021 Your In-game Name: Dharr man Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:451944273 The admin's name in-game: Toasty What warning did you receive: FailRP (Teaming with D-class as 173) Exploiting (Teleporting through wall as 173) Lying to staff When did you receive this warning: 10/23/2021 Please give a description of the situation that led to the warning: So I was playing as 173 when a bunch of d class came out and breached me so they told me to go and kill gensec or mtf outside my door and at this time I didn't know that I couldn't team with D class so I went on with it they opened the door for me and let me go so I went to tried but three people fear rp'd me but after that I was brought back to my containment chamber and Toasty said that I couldn't team with d class and that I was exploiting when I was clearly not so I told him that I wasn't and told him about a visual glitch that the door is closed but is really opened. So after telling him that he said I was lying to his face because he was spectating me when i was trying to get out because people said that i was teaming which i thought i could do but in the sit i admited teaming but not exploiting because i really wasn't. after that he warned me and demoted me off the job. At this time I wasn't recording and tried to get the d class there a clip if they had and tried to get a d class in with me in the sit stating that the door was opened but he told me that I couldn't bring any witnesses. Why do you think this warn was false: A visual glitch and a teaming with d class that i admited to which i didn't know i couldn't do is completely a misunderstanding, He gave me a choice just to flag off but I just told him about the visual glitch and said that I was lying so then he was gonna warn me for a simple mistake. Evidence the warning is false: As stated i have no evidence of because wasn't recording at the time, no witnesses as he said could not be brought and no d class clipped it, so there is no point of this appeal but i am still gonna try to appeal it as i asked for help in a report a mod said to try to appeal it so that is what i am doing. Last night I had people telling me that 173 was teaming with D-Class so I decided to noclip over to his cell and spectate on what's happening. Once I arrived at the CC I watched 173 teleport through the wall right above the little door to his CC which was closed at the time. I proceeded to bring him back into his cell and said that I just saw him exploit through the door and team with D-Class, I was originally going to let him just flag off 173 and not receive a warn for exploiting and teaming but then he decided to argue back and lie to me after I witnessed him doing it so then I decided to give him a warn for the reasons stated above. He would of been left off with just a verbal but like I said, he decided to argue back and lie to me instead of acknowledging his mistake. To answer the question on if it was just a visual glitch, it was not. When I arrived at the CC I saw him teleport through the wall above the door at the same height it will be as if he was standing on someone's head, I also wanted to make sure I wasn't experiencing the glitch so I looked on the other side and saw around 4-5 D-Class standing in front of the door with one of them hacking it open. There were MTF on the other side of the door waiting for it to open and would of been shooting at the D-Class standing in front of the door if it was open. I would like to rap this up by just saying he would of been left off with just a verbal but he decided to argue and lie to me which resulted in him receiving a warn instead.
